The Rising Women Leaders program is designed for women ready to evolve into high impact community leaders. We will create an environment and provide tools to prepare these women to become effective, influential leaders in the community, and to sponsor the evolution of empowering women as leaders within their own organizations.
• Development and expression of a strong personal brand
• Evolve leadership abilities through aquisition of measurable new skills
• Participation in a non-profit team project with measurable outcomes
• Non-profit board certification
• Prepared to serve on a community committee or board at the conclusion of the program
• Capacity to transfer learning to lead more effectively in their organization/careers
• An expanded network and learning from current successful community leaders
METHODOLOGIES
• Individual assessments and reflections
• Guest speakers facilitating large and small group discussions
• Community project team work sessions
• One to one and small group leadership coaching sesions
