Quaeris

Quaeris exists is to bring West Michigan employers together in a cooperative effort to attract and retain skilled professionals to the West Michigan community. We provide a platform for employers to collaborate, and we lead an expanding public presence that promotes West Michigan as a career destination of choice.

Deliverables

• Outward facing website showcasing all West Michigan has to offer
• Networking portal for employers to share resumes, best practices and business stream collaboration
• Links to service provides recommended because the quality of their services aligns with the goals of the initiative (e.g. realtors, human resource consultants, executive search firms)

Over the next three years, Quaeris will accomplish the following:

• Brand the West Michigan region
• Provide comprehensive website that promotes the West Michigan region and its unique communities
• Encourage the participation of employers to build a critical mass
• Foster inter-business collaboration
• Reduce recruiting & turnover costs
• Share talent among membership
• Promote services that support multicultural talent attraction & retention
• Provide coordinated Presence with West MI Employers at Key Shows, Expos and Conferences
